Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data kvarts.ai collects, why, who processes it for us and what your rights are. It is short, because the site collects very little.
Who is responsible
Kvarts is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hi@aikvarts.com.
When you visit the site
kvarts.ai uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and it loads nothing from other websites. Fonts, images and videos are all served from kvarts.ai itself.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data to deliver the pages and keep the service secure: your IP address, your browser and device type, and the pages you request. This data is kept in short-lived server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
When you use the contact form
When you send us a message, we receive your name, your email address and what you write. We use them only to answer you and to follow up on your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps towards an agreement when you ask about our services (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Your message is delivered by email through Resend to our inbox, which is hosted by Simply.com. We keep it as long as we need it to handle your request and any follow-up, and then delete it. We don't use your details for newsletters or marketing, we don't make automated decisions about you, and we never sell your data.
Who processes data for us
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website.
- Resend, Inc. delivers the contact form's messages by email.
- Simply.com hosts our email.
They process data only on our instructions. Vercel and Resend are based in the United States; where personal data is transferred outside the EU and EEA, the transfer is covered by the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hi@aikvarts.com and we will answer within one month.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to a data protection authority, for example in the EU country where you live or work. In Denmark, that is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date below.
